Scope of This Policy

This licensing policy applies to:

• The Voluncorp website, including the section /telechargements.aspx
• The Volunapp mobile application

Content Available on /telechargements.aspx

The page /telechargements.aspx provides access to downloadable audio content (MP3 format), including:

• Official music releases (“Offishals”)
• Mixtapes and promotional tracks
• Underground and independent artist content
• Instrumentals and production beats

Each audio file is associated with a clearly identified artist or producer and is made available for authorized distribution and promotional purposes.

Content Available in the Volunapp Mobile Application

The Volunapp mobile application provides access to content originating exclusively from the Voluncorp platform, including:

• Music news and editorial content
• Artist profiles and biographies
• Song lyrics for informational purposes
• Downloadable audio content identical to the catalog available on /telechargements.aspx

All audio content available in the application is directly controlled and distributed by Voluncorp.

Content Ownership & Licensing

All audio content available on Voluncorp (website and mobile app) is distributed under one of the following legal frameworks:

• Content owned and produced by Voluncorp
• Content submitted voluntarily by artists for promotion and distribution
• Content distributed with explicit authorization from the rights holders
• Content shared under permissive or open licenses where applicable

No Third-Party Streaming or External Content

Voluncorp does not provide access to third-party streaming platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, or similar services.

All previously integrated third-party video content has been permanently removed from the Volunapp mobile application.

Artist & Producer Collaboration

Voluncorp works directly with artists, producers, and content creators. Content is:

• Submitted directly by artists or their representatives
• Distributed under promotional agreements
• Shared with explicit authorization for digital distribution

Content Removal Policy

If any rights holder believes that content has been made available without proper authorization, they may request removal by contacting us.

Verified claims will result in immediate removal of the concerned content.

Legal Compliance

Voluncorp complies with applicable intellectual property laws and Apple App Store Review Guidelines, including Guideline 5.2.3.
